Coaching Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full (for the whole number of selected sessions) within 72 hours prior to the start of a single 1-on-1 session or a Multi-week Program. If payment is not received, your Session or Program will be postponed or canceled.

Payment can be made through this website’s secure transaction system. You may use a major credit card to complete your transaction. You will receive a confirmation email from Roots Health LLC upon completion of checkout. More instructions will be available during the checkout process.

Cancellations within 48 hours or ‘no-shows’ are subject to full payment at my discretion and this includes the first session.

First session cancellations will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate (single session rate).

Refund Policy for Coaching Services and Multi-week Programs

A full refund is available after the first full coaching session if you have booked a minimum of a 6-Week Program and do not wish to continue. This does not apply to single coaching sessions. Full refunds apply only if instructed within 24 hrs. after the initial session. Failure to confirm cancellation within 24 hours of an initial 1-on-1 coaching session will result in that cost for the first session at the prevailing rate (single session rate) being deducted from the refund. A 1-on-1 coaching session constitutes a phone session, onsite in-person session or video call session as agreed by both parties.

There are no refunds available for single 1-on-1 coaching sessions if canceled less than 48 hours in advance of the start of the scheduled session.

If you cancel all sessions within 48 hours of our first scheduled session or fail to make the call, I will deduct the cost of one session at the prevailing rate prior to refunding payment.

If you book the 6-Week Package and you choose to cancel after 2 (two) 1-on-1 sessions, your Coach will subtract the cost 2 (two) sessions and refund the difference.

Unused weeks may be gifted to a prospective client unless the client is already a potential client for Primal Utah.

Late Start Times for Paid Sessions

If you are late for an appointment please be advised that the session may still need to end at the agreed time. If you have not made yourself available within 20 minutes of our agreed start time then your Coach will presume you have canceled.
